About Cat

Based in Newport Beach, California.  Cat is an active member of her community and is passionate about the people that live there.  

She began her career in the public eye in 2018 as a high-end couture fashion model and later as a pageant contestant in early 2019.  Competing under the Miss USA & Miss Universe Organization, Cat currently holds the title of Miss Newport Beach USA for Miss California USA.  

A passionate entrepreneur, as the pandemic shut down all work for models and those in entertainment, Cat shifted her focus to business.  Launching a successful online retail shop in the beginning of 2021, Cat expanded her knowledge of investing, business, marketing and SEO!  Relying on her advanced skills with social media to drive business to her shop, Cat also built and established a credible online presence. 

Passionate about Real Estate from a young age, Cat planned to build multiple forms of income ultimately to fund her goal of being a Real Estate investor.  In 2022 she decided to combine her passion for real estate with her passion for people, leading her to pursue a Real Estate license.  Now an experienced licensed Realtor® with Keller Williams Realty, Cat specializes in the luxury communities of Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar, Newport Coast and all of Orange County and Southern California. 

Now in 2024, the multifaceted entrepreneur has launch a personalized modeling and pageant coaching program.  As a retired dance instructor and fitness coaching, she combined her teaching skills, modeling and pageant experience, and passion for helping others to create this new business.  Partnered with EFMM, Cat is the official walking, posing, hair & makeup coach for the agency.
